FAQ

Curryillion questions

These are the short questions people bring from search: price, phone, account, download, reset, and whether a rejected name can come back. Each answer is the official wording where a page states it. The game does not publish a FAQ of its own, so this page is a compilation, dated 5 Nov 2026.

Open a question for the short answer. Longer treatments sit on the rules, scoring, stats and unlimited pages.

Questions

What is Curryillion?

A free daily NBA trivia game. Seven prompts, 24 seconds each, rarer answers score more, one board a day.

Is it free?

Yes. Browser only, no account, no download, and the game's privacy page says it runs no ads.

Is it an NBA product?

No. The terms say it is not affiliated with the NBA, any team, or any player, including Stephen Curry.

How many prompts a day?

Seven, the same seven for everyone.

How long is each prompt?

24 seconds, after a few seconds of reading time. The pause is not given as a number.

What time does it reset?

Midnight America/New_York. It is 21:00 the previous day in Pacific time, 13:00 China / 14:00 Japan during Eastern standard time, and 12:00 China / 13:00 Japan during Eastern daylight time. London is usually 05:00, briefly 04:00 when US and UK clock-change dates differ.

How is it scored?

100, 70, 45, 25 or 10. A timeout is 0. One hidden 100 sits on each prompt. The ceiling is 700.

What is One in a Curryillion?

The name of the 100-point tier: the single hidden answer on a prompt. It is not a second game.

Is there Unlimited or an archive?

No. One game a day. A separate write-up on togame.io says the same.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes, in the phone browser. The official page uses a device-width viewport, and a 390-pixel capture did not overflow.

Is it the same as Krillion?

No. Krillion is 25 seconds, six tiers, and has a paid Unlimited mode. Curryillion is 24 seconds, five tiers, and has no paid mode.

Who made it?

The game does not name a person. There is no About page. The terms list [email protected], which is the developer's address, not this guide's.

Can I play more than once a day?

The rules say one game a day. Clearing site data resets saved progress. It is not described as a second board.

Why was a valid answer rejected?

Lists can miss a valid name, and the terms allow lists to change during the day. From edition 8 (2 Nov 2026) the developer reviews common wrong guesses and can add valid ones while the board is live.

Is there an answer list?

Yes, on the box score after you finish. This guide does not republish bulk lists.

Why is the streak different in the frame?

Browsers partition storage by the top-level site. The frame on curryillion.xyz does not share the streak from a curryillion.com tab.

Is there an app or a download?

No. Browser only.
